I've just come across this site and it's really packed with great, well thought out advice columns. I noticed there was no mention of salon software in this article which did surprise me. We use a great product in our salons (http://www.salonswift.com) and it has great stock security features. We use it regularly to keep track of how much we should have versus how much we actually have and keep track of staff's momements in regard to stock. I'd recommend as well as the above advice getting your hands on some good Salon Software to tie it all together. Love the idea of the quarantine zone! Another great article.
