The Service Industries Environmental Scan will also drive the development and improvement of Service Skills Australia’s training packages and inform our future priorities for its work on behalf of the service industries.

It offers a unique opportunity to communicate the skills and labour issues affecting your business, and feed this information into government decision-making.
The research report has been divided into sections to make it easy for you to provide your feedback. You only need to provide information where you can. Don’t feel that you have to comment on all sections.
