Under the guidance of our Technical Scissor Coach, Sue Edwards,  you will be inspired and given all the right solutions for creative and traditional cutting techniques. There are many different types of scissors for a multitude of cutting styles, this course will not only let you trial all these scissors but give you a better understanding of what your current scissors can do and how to go about tailoring the perfect scissor kit for you.

We have tailored a workbook dubbed the “Scissor Bible” which briefly covers all the technical data you will ever need. From there, it is straight into our cutting elements which involves a lot of creative cutting work with a mannequin head. The knowledge provided in this workshop is vital for you to develop your skills with confidence. This is not a workshop where you will  be shown whatever the latest haircut is at the minute. It is more about getting the most out of your tools, your craft and yourself.. Of course there will be tips you’ll be shown along the way to enhance what you already know.
