Easydry’s Eco-capes
First there came Easydry’s white and pure eco-towel and hairdressers loved it. Then there was the black towel, just as effective as white but with a sophisticated edge. Hairdressers adored it. Now, new and totally unique, Easydry has launched its jet black tint and water-resistant cape, smart, hygienic and highly effective, perfect for any technical process.
Using the same technology employed to create the jet black towel, Easydry has created the stylish black cape to will make towels and ugly plastic wraps redundant in the technical area. Its incorporated fastening ensures a snug fit around the neck, while its water-resistant backing means there is no risk of staining to clients’ clothes.
No more scruffy towels, no more scrappy bits of plastic tied around the necks of treasured clients and no more burning up energy washing and bleaching those same stained and scruffy towels.
And good news, the capes are just as recyclable and biodegradable as the Easydry towel. They are also made using the same environmentally-conscious approach, and use only natural resources from sustainable forests. The dye is non-toxic, non-hazardous and does not endanger aquatic life.
“It is not uncommon to use two towels when doing technical work,” says Jon MacLeod, creative director of Patersons SA, one of the first salons to sample the new cape. “And they are always the oldest, scruffiest towels in the salon. But these new Easydry capes are genius. They look so stylish and smart, yet are totally effective. We just use one for each treatment, which saves us money and makes the salon look good.”
The black capes cost $145 for a box of 150
